The location was magnificent and fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from Medibank Stadium. I booked a room with a comfy bed, a seating area, ironing facilities, and a work desk.

I chose Malibu Apartments - Perth specifically because of its prime location near Scitech. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of facilities and services offered at this apartment building. The laundry facilities, garden, and barbecue grills were fantastic. Additionally, the kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators/freezers, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas were a great convenience.

No major complaints - exceeded expectations.

It was just a short walk to Northbridge, the city center, and Leederville. We enjoyed exploring these areas and found plenty of activities for the kids, including a cinema and late-opening shops and cafes. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, even arranging for key pickup in a secure deposit box for our late arrival. It was a great base for our family to explore all the areas of interest in Perth.

For dads, it would be great to have a small playground on the property for the children.

I stayed at a hotel during Christmas and got some complementary cookies and candies which was a nice touch. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation and an abundance of restaurants and stores nearby. It was really convenient. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony with a good view.

The stairs to my room were in terrible condition and there was no elevator which was a big disappointment. My room wasn't clean enough, and the furniture was shabby and outdated.

The parking is located just outside the apartment, which is a great advantage. the apartment is close to the freeway, providing good access to other locations.

The housekeeping services are not available during the stay, which could be an inconvenience for some guests.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I loved that each room had a washing machine, making it convenient for longer stays. The location is also a plus, as it is close to a lovely village and a great little French cafe. It's reasonably close to the city centre and easily accessible via motorways. Plus, the hotel provided breakfast, which was a nice added bonus.
